Ranjit is the Founder and Chairman of Globally Managed Services (GMS), a modest Operational Consulting Incubator founded in 2002. He brings over 35 years of varied experience in managing and leading companies in a wide range of industries, including FMCG, Telecom, Tourism, Technology, Environment, Ecology, Outsourcing and Healthcare.
He is the Chief Architect of the thought process at GMS of developing the theme of Naturenomics TM and has co-founded several initiatives under this theme –

Presently, Ranjit is the Investment Advisor to the Chief Minister of Assam and also supports Mr. S. Ramadorai, Advisor to the Prime Minister of India, on National Skill Development program.
Ranjit is on the management board of several corporate, institutions and Social organizations both in India and abroad including those of Max Healthcare, Anand Group, Airtel, Hutchison Max-Touch Telecom (Vodafone), Marconi and ITC. He is also a Trustee of Tata Eastern Medical Trust, striving towards Cancer cure.
Ranjit strongly believes in ‘Social Entrepreneurship towards betterment of Human Health and Education’ and is driving several projects aimed at Social security, Economic integrity and Environmental neutrality.
